Return & Refund Policy

At Accessories Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • The return request must be initiated within the specified return timeframe.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

After this period, we may not be able to accept return requests unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. The product will be inspected to verify eligibility.

  2. You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items delivered

If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at bazaaraccessories3@gmail.com..

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Include your order number and product details.

Once verified, we will arrange:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, OR

  • A full refund (if replacement is unavailable).

We may arrange reverse pickup where available.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  • Hygiene-related products (if opened)

  • Customized or special-order products

Specific non-returnable items, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


8. Cancellation (Before Shipping)

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at bazaaraccessories3@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
